The Furnace Of Affliction

Be blessed and inspired as you read! Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego refused to bow to a graven image of king Nebuchadnezzar and faced the burning fiery furnace which was made even hotter than before. The king was furious with them! Look a little closer and listen to their reply from the book of Daniel 3:16-18, " Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, answered and said to the king, O Nebuchadnezzar, we are not careful to answer thee in this matter. The moment of truth then emerges that your flesh (selfish passions, and desires) must die so that Jesus can have the reigns to your heart. One Last Push

One Last Push My water broke and the pains began, then as I labored for many hours the baby did not show.   The decision was made to induce labour which made the pains even more unbearable, I wished it was possible for me to get up off the table and run as fast as I could to get away the pain but I   knew it was vital to remain there in order to bring forth the baby.   As the pains intensified, the nurse said to me, give one last push!   However, she did an unusual thing, she ran over to the door with great anticipation to see the doctor walk in   but upon that last push, I felt the baby with a great speed making his way and in response exclaimed, “Nurse, hurry the baby is coming!”   Just in time, the nurse was able to catch the bouncing baby boy.   Yes, one last push invoked his arrival into this world, my first born son!
