Seeds of Hope Nuggets

You are sitting there lamenting over your sins, and the foolish mistakes you've made. Weary de- pressed, and torn apart by the many years of re- peating the same vicious cycle, with no consistent prayer life. Friends and loved ones have betrayed, and deserted you. The trust that you placed in them has been breeched, leaving big gaping wounds of dis- appointment, and pain almost more than you can bear. Darkness now surrounds you, and the God that you love so much seems so far away. Life does not seem to be worth living anymore. Thinking there is no other solutions at this point, you attempt to end it all. Just as you are about to complete the job, you hear the voice of the Master saying, " You can come to me or you can end it all. " The tears are now flowing profusely down your cheeks, you feel immense pain and deep resentment. Making an attempt, you push pass the Heavenly Father. Very quickly He restrains you, and lovingly yet firmly says, " My child I love you and

An abusive husband one day finds himself all alone with his three children to care for. He laments over the loss of his wife's presence , and repents of his arrogrant ways. Yet his wife refuses to return home, and she has no means to care for the children. This young man cries out to Abba Father to help him. He receives Salvation through Jesus Christ and discovers a love he had not realized buried on the inside. He really loves his children, he most definitely loves them, but he just did not know how to express it to them. Now a joy was welling up inside. He began to read bible stories, praying with them every night and tucked them into bed. He took them out on outings but most of all he hugged them often, and told them how much he really loved them, and constantly showed his appreciation to them. This young man never remarried. He dedicated his life to raising his children, and he did a great job. His children are now all grown and are fulfilling their pupose and destiny. The love

Lord I have not always been faithful often I have grumbled and complained. Forgive me, please still lead me. I am sorry for my erring ways please grant to me Your Grace! Lead me Lord in the path that you designed for me. I promise to be faithful and true. Lead me Lord to where the living waters flow, lead me to my wealthy place, where the fountain of life is flowing full and free. Lead me Lord that I may fully mature to become Your yielded vessel! Misunderstood He cleansed the Leper Misunderstood His compassion caused Him to heal the sick, and to raise the dead. Mny did not believe Him, they scoffed and made fun of Him. Yet He kept on doing the will of the Father. Misunderstood they tried to push Him down a hillside, but He escaped and continued on His journey. Yes Jesus was misunderstood even though He gave up the spendor of Heaven to bear the reproach of the whole human race,being meanly rejected and misunderstood. Misundertood He poured out the Love of the Father so laviously. Enduring all things, even His death on the cross still He was misunderstood. Did He feel the pain and the anguish of grief? Did He feel forsaken? I submit to you that He did, and oh yes He felt the pain of being misunderstood. So I say to you today as you too are being misunderstood, the Greater one Jesus Christ bore it all for you. Be of good cheer you shall overcome being misunderstood!! My Lover My Friend sustains me when I am all used up and feeling all alone. In the darkest of night I feel His presence, and fall asleep knowing that He is there. My Lover My Friend who gave His only Son to die just for me. He was bruised, humiliated and put to shame just for me. He suffered reproach just for me, My Lover My Friend loves me that much. Yet sometimes I am non responsive to His gentle touch. Allowing circumstances to over ride. It is during these times that I become despondent because these are the times that I miss His purpose! I am so glad He never gives up, and that His Love comes through wooing after me. Awakening the truth concealed within. Words cannot express His Love for me, He is My Lover My Friend, He unlocks His treasures buried deep within, to display His Love to a lost and a dying world. When the storms of life are raging and the billows are tossing high. The waters are threatening to over flow you, and hope begins to fade. Thats when Jesus intervenes, for He is the Guardian of your soul. Saying to your storm be still, calming the raging sea. Yes He is calming the raging sea. When the storm has swept by, the wicked are gone away, but the righteous stand firmly on the Solid Rock Jesus Christ. For the way of the Lord is a refuge the righteous run in and are safe. From the compassionate hearts of some very special people, and the Ministry of Education, a bouncing baby was born. At first this robust darling, began to experience many difficulties, with arising situations, and some unseen circumstances. Some left the baby unattended, in discouragement and frustration, for this bouncing baby was taking far too long to grow. Yet as time went on a purging took place, and things seemed to take a downward trend. However, God was working at His Master Plan. For while accusations and slanders were being hurled, amid the conflict, the bouncing baby began to shine. The Master's plan has been unveiled, it reads " Amid the Conflict, The Beacon Shines." For in the hearts of Teachers, there shines a ray of hope, and such a moving compassion to stir, the children their purpose to fulfill. A man and his wife planted a garden in their backyard. Daily they would cultivate their garden ensuring that the fruit and vegetables had sufficient water and nutrients to grow properly, ensuring a prosperous harevest. Sure enough for this couple, it's harvest time, their hard work and consistant dedication paid off. The watermelon crop yielded more than twenty, there were many heads of lettuce and cabbages, along with sweet peppers. The pumpkin yielded even more. In our walk with God, it's harvest time in all of our lives. The Lord of the Harvest is calling each of us into account. Regular attendance at church is excellent. Holding leadership positions, or being a Sunday school Teacherm is very commendable, yet without a relationship with your Heavenly Father, your good works alone will not win souls for the Kingdom of Heaven. The time has come for every follower of Jesus Christ to come out of hiding behind the four walls of the church. It is time for us to stop playing church

Yes in all that you are going through today, just be still. Wait in God's presence for there you will find comfort, and the strength that you need to make it through. Be still today and let the Lord your God fight your battles. You are guaranteed to come out victorious, in spite of what it looks like. Be still today!!! If you have experienced the pain of your heart being broken, and the greif of sorrow. If only you knew, that God your Father, is stepping into your experiences. Bringing with Him healing for your pain, and joy for your sorrow. For your agony of defeat, you shall be victorious in all areas of your life. Favor is being bestowed upon you right now, with God's presence to fill the void of loneliness. Now you shall cry no more, for the Light of Jesus is being shone upon your life, and the radiance of God's presence is upon you! If only you will endure what you are going through you shall see these things come to pass in your life!!!

Jesus Christ the Worthy Lamb of God is Center Stage, it is all about lifting up Jesus. It's all about allowing Jesus Christ to reign on the throne of your heart. The word says in Phil 4:13, " I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." You can do nothing of yourself therefore, everytime you open your mouth, to God be the Glory through Jesus Christ ought to be coming out of your mouth. Everthing that you do should Glorify God.
